Two of my dearest friends from high school are both having their first babies in March. They are the first out of our group of girlfriends to have babies and it is a fun and exciting new chapter. To celebrate with them, Jocelyn & I went to breakfast last Saturday in Logan. It was a ton of fun! They just look so beautiful and I'm sure they're going to be fantastic moms. Now I'm not a super emotional person and I HATE crying, I will avoid it at all costs. But for some reason I totally lost it on my way home from breakfast. WHERE DID THE LAST 10 YEARS GO?!! I am so happy for my friends, but I think the realization just hit me that we are growing up and we can't be those 17 year old little girls anymore that are joint at the hip. But everyone has to grow up sometime and I am so excited for my girls and this new chapter in their lives!

I totally know how you feel! For some reason when I got married it was fine, but each time another friend gets married or has a baby, it's a new wake-up call and while I'm so happy for them it's still just a big reality hit! I didn't know that Ashlee was pregnant, but they both look so cute! :) Tell them congrats for me!
