Save the Date!!

We are knee-deep in wedding stuff now and really looking forward to June 16th! We have set up a website so that our family and friends can access all the information they would need for the wedding. A couple of weeks ago we sent out save-the-date cards. I don't think a lot of couples in Utah do them, but since we have so many friends and family out of state, we thought we’d give a heads up to those who need more time to plan travel arrangements. We sent them out as fun little postcards. This is what the front looked like:

I don't think I've mentioned on here before, but my mom is a fabulous seamstress and I've asked her to make my wedding dress. Last week she came to my house in SLC to go fabric shopping, and to make a dressform. She wrapped me with this sticky paper, then dried it with hair dryers and cut it off. Now she has a model of my body to start making my dress with when I can't be there in Logan. For some reason, the whole process reminded me of making pinatas out of paper mache in elementary school. Pinata of Heather's body? Ole!
