June Bride

On the 16th, Jake & I celebrated our 1 year anniversary.  I really cannot believe how quickly the last year has flown by - it's crazy!  Our partying was a bit understated because Jake hasn't been feeling well lately (more on that later).  So we played it low-key, and did dinner and a movie.  It was an awesome night with my honey!

My cute hubby got me some awesome new hiking shoes.

I researched what the traditional gift for a first anniversary is and found out that it was paper.  So I made him a little memory book, and this awesome journal for us to exchange love notes in.  Kind of cheesy, but I really like the idea.

Also, I realized that I never did post any wedding pictures on my blog.  Oops!  So without further adieu, here's a quick run-down

Invitations - They were gorgeous, I really loved them!  Printed on tree-free, recycled paper that was infused with wildflower petals and seeds.  You literally can plant the paper and it will grow wildflowers!

Finally tied the knot!

I was thinking how crazy it was how fast it was going by! I love the idea of the memory book. Did you buy that car paper from me or did you get it from somewhere else?
