Looking for a new roomie

We're looking for a new roommate in our house and I thought I'd throw it out there and see if anyone who reads my blog might pass the message along. I posted an ad on Craigslist and so far the responses I've gotten back are from people that seem a little odd. Here's the info about the house, if you want to pass it along!

Female private room in LDS house available ASAP. Rent is $375 per month plus utilities, with a $350 deposit. 9 month contract.

We're looking for a great girl to be the 4th person in our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Sugarhouse. We're looking for someone outgoing, clean, responsible and fun. The room can be ready as early as this weekend. No pets and absolutely no smoking. It is an adorable house located within walking distance to a grocery store, only 6 blocks to a freeway entrance and only 10 minutes to the UofU. Big fenced yard with tons of grapes that are really yummy in the fall. Great hardwood floors in the living room, updated kitchen with granite counter tops, tile floor and gas stove. All of the common areas are fully furnished, so you'll only need your personal bedroom furnishings. The bedroom that's available is downstairs and it is HUGE! it used to be a living room when this was a single family home. The current occupant of the room easily fit a queen size bed, sofa and tv entertainment center.
